Thank you to our wonderful loyal staff and practitioners that provide chiropractic, massage, acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine, rehabilitation, running analysis and sporting injury management.
March 2023 marks 23 years since we first started our business in Kingscliff. Starting in a single room as a sole practitioner on Marine parade, then moving to the little house at 2 Seaview street before finally moving into our own clinic at 78 Wommin Bay Road in Chinderah,15 years ago.
A lot has changed in Kingscliff and the local are since 2000, some examples include:
-Buildings over 3 stories were the minority
-Franklins was the main supermarket
-The freeway over the Tweed River (Chinderah Bypass) had only recently been built a few years earlier.
-The original fishing houses still existed on the old coast road between Kingscliff and Cabarita.
-Casuarina and Salt didn’t exist.
-There was a petrol and repair shop on the corner opposite the figtree roundabout.
-Kingscliff motel and holiday cabins existed were Paradiso currently is.
-Kingscliff Noble Lake side park was in it’s infancy
-My first patient was a primary school student who now has a family of her own!
-The caravan park extended from the bowls club to the surf club
-Marine Parade was 2 way traffic.
